The NCD Compass course is crafted to equip every health worker with critical knowledge and tools to combat these diseases, transforming their practice and influencing health outcomes positively. Approximately 80% of health workers would either be exposed to one of the risk factors or suffer from one of the NCDs and if not then at least they would have a close relative or friend who does. As such they could be great advocates and champions of NCD to influence their practice and be agents of change for their colleagues and families.
