Accelerating NCD Prevention and Control
At Action Collaborative for Development (ActioNCD), we are dedicated to accelerating the prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) through innovative and context-specific solutions. Our NCD Solutions initiative collaborates with local teams to create high-impact intervention packages tailored to the unique needs of each country. Our goal is to contribute significantly to achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3.4.1: a 33% relative reduction in premature mortality due to NCDs by 2030.


Evidence-Based Interventions
Our approach is rooted in evidence-based interventions, drawing on globally recognized strategies such as the World Health Organization’s NCD Best Buys. We tailor these interventions to local contexts, developing country-specific NCD Best Buys packages that address the most pressing health challenges. By adapting proven strategies to fit local needs, we ensure that our interventions are both effective and sustainable.
