Objective

ChatNCD is designed to provide instant, accurate, and easy-to-understand information on NCDs to program managers and implementers. The chatbot aims to assist in every phase of NCD program management—from planning and design to execution and monitoring and evaluation—by delivering tailored information and evidence-based guidance through an AI-powered conversational interface.

Scope

This initiative falls under the ‘NCD Insights’ program of ActioNCD International, a leading and impartial organization dedicated to supporting the design and implementation of robust evidence-based NCD and public health programs. The organization is focused on delivering on the 33 x 30 NCD Promise (SDG 3.4.1), with its efforts segmented into three areas: Knowledge Portal, Thought Leadership, and Research and Evidence Platform. ChatNCD is a critical component of the Knowledge Portal, designed to disseminate essential information swiftly and effectively.
